1st Time & One-Time Clean-ups
We will give you a FREE, on-site estimate. Prices will be assessed according to the varying amounts of waste accumulation over time. There will be, however, a minimum $25.00 fee for a 1st time service.
Once the price is agreed upon we will usually complete the initial cleanup immediately. If there is some reason we are unable to do it right away we will schedule you as soon as we are able.
Other Fees
There may be additional fees assessed for tall or long grass, rocks, bark mulch, large yards, or other things that keep us from doing our quality job with efficiency.
